Step-by-step

Takes under a minute. Aura works with all-calls forwarding only — skip any "when busy" or "no answer" variants Kiwi Mobile offers.

Open the dial pad on your Kiwi Mobile phone — the one whose calls you want to forward.
Dial **21*+64your Aura number# and press call. Your Aura number is in your go-live email from the Aura team.
Wait for the confirmation message or tone — that's it. Every call now forwards to Aura.
Call your number from another phone. Emma should answer within a couple of rings.

Turning it off

Calls ring your Kiwi Mobile line as normal again — nothing to undo.

Keep your number

Your clients keep calling the number they already know. Forwarding happens behind the scenes — Aura never replaces your line.

No luck with the code?

Every modern phone can do the same thing from settings.

iPhone

Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding, switch it on and enter your Aura number.

Android

Phone app → Settings → Calls → Call forwarding → Always forward, then enter your Aura number.

Codes can vary by plan. If yours is rejected, Kiwi Mobile support can switch on "forward all calls" for you in seconds — mention the exact feature name and they'll know what you mean.
