Step-by-step

Takes under a minute. Aura works with all-calls forwarding only — skip any "when busy" or "no answer" variants Catch Connect (OnePass Mobile) offers.

Open the dial pad on your Catch Connect (OnePass Mobile) phone — the one whose calls you want to forward.
Dial **21*your Aura number# and press call. Your Aura number is in your go-live email from the Aura team.
Wait for the confirmation message or tone — that's it. Every call now forwards to Aura.
Call your number from another phone. Emma should answer within a couple of rings.

Turning it off
