AURA 300

SMS Consent

Effective Date: September 2026

This page documents how Aura 300 Inc. (“Aura 300”, “we”, “us”) obtains and records verbal consent before sending any SMS message. Aura 300’s AI receptionist answers inbound calls on behalf of salons and clinics, and asks every caller for permission — out loud, on the call — before a text message is sent to them.

At a glance
  • Appointment confirmations and deposit links are sent only after explicit consent.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

1. How We Collect Consent

Consent is collected verbally, during a phone call. When a text message would be useful — for example, to confirm a booking or to send a deposit link — the AI agent reads a short disclosure aloud and asks the caller for permission. The caller must say yes. Silence, an unanswered question, or simply booking an appointment is not treated as consent.

We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers into any messaging list, and we do not send messages to a number that has not given consent on a call.

2. What We Send

Appointment confirmations and deposit links are sent only after explicit consent. These are transactional messages tied to a specific booking with the salon or clinic the caller contacted. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this consent.

3. Example of the Verbal Consent Disclosure

The following is the disclosure the AI agent reads aloud, and an example of the exchange that records consent:

AI

“Would you like Aura 300 to send one SMS with your appointment confirmation and deposit link? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Caller

“Yes, send me the text.”

Result

Aura 300 records consent and sends the transactional SMS.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in response to a booking or deposit request, so how many you receive depends on how often you book.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Aura 300 does not charge callers for these messages.

6. Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply START to opt back in.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@aura300.ai.

7. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Callers who decline the text message can still book an appointment, pay a deposit, and receive service. Declining has no effect on price, availability, or the service provided.

8. How Consent Is Recorded

When a caller agrees, Aura 300 records the consent against that phone number, together with the date and time it was given, the call recording and transcript in which it was given, and the wording of the disclosure that was read aloud. Opt-out requests are recorded the same way and applied immediately.

These records are retained for as long as needed to evidence consent, and are available to the salon or clinic on whose behalf the call was answered, and to our messaging providers on request.

9. Privacy Policy and Terms

Phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Aura 300 services is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Phone numbers and consent records are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
